“The room had a bunch of bigs crawling all on floor and desk. I went back to desk and asked the man if he had a different room upstairs. He took the room key amd said he was sold out. I asked for receipt that I would be refunded amd he said the 3rd party I paid will refund and he wouldnt fight it. Well, he didnt answer the phone to tell I turned the key in and didnt stay for my refund...bad experience.”
