“2 of our 5 days no one came by to clean the room. On day 2, we ran out of cups...on day 3 we ran out of towels. Very noisy....kids running up and down wooden walkway late into the night. Ridiculous amount of hidden fees and taxes ...over $100 per night. The parking fee alone was $30 per night, and we self parked the car! Far better values and attention to detail at other similar resorts in the Keyes.”

“This was the perfect place, right on the ocean and a full kitchen so you can cook your own meals. The room was very clean, I loved that they had a laundry basket and laundry detergent in the room for you, came in handy seeing as we stayed for 7 days. Amazing place to watch the sunset from a hammock and we got lucky enough to see some nurse sharks at the docks right outside of our hotel.”

“Absolutely horrible stay. It took over an hour to get the key code. The place looks like an unfinished Boy Scout project. Everything is old and dirty and rusty . Cigarette butts on the beach. Everything is rundown and damaged. I don’t believe that there was even a credible architect building this place. I felt like I was in a horror movie. Last but not least We found out that the place is for sale…..No wonder !”

The Host was not available at any time, it plain as day states to contact host for gate code and I notified 24hrs before, I called at 1pm the next day, no response, I called at 3pm and texted that i would arrive at house by 5pm like check in states with no response, I stopped for lunch and my new arrival was at 6pm, which is the time I arrived at the house, I called several times to host for gate code, and no success again, It was frustrating I...
