" Room doesn’t look like it is cleaned. Breakfast was bad as eggs and sausage links are not hot. Overall bad experience. Hopefully they get better. "

"I paid for a suite with 2 queen beds and a couch for 3 people. I went to check in and my room was given to someone else. The onky thing available was 1 bed, and i had to sleep on the floor."

The staff is nothing but welcoming and so helpful with any questions or concerns we had. not to mention the breakfast is always good with so many options for everyone!! everything else is also clean and organized such as the breakfast bar, normal bar, pool, gym, etc! this is our second time staying here and this will always be our first choice hotel!!"
