"This is a very nice hotel where most of the staff are friendly! The amenities are exceptional!! Besides the swimming pool being over crowded it was a nice stay! "

"Hallways and stairways were a sauna. Heat was on way too high. Breakfast was ok. Need some fruit. Not sure why there were dinner potatoes and pulled pork out there. Would be better with some bacon or a breakfast sausage. Pool and hot tub wasnt open. We couldnt get a discount for not being able to use the gym, pool and hot tub. Wont stay here again. "

"The staff was GREAT who we interacted with. The bathroom by the pool had toilet paper and pee all over the floor. No towels for the pool. There was a verbal argument between other guests outside our room that woke my daughters up in the middle of the night which staff addressed immediately. The room overall was okay. Our room smelled like fresh paint so we didnt have issues with smell. The bedding had food crumbs on top of fitted sheet so we didnt sleep under the comforter. "

"The check in guy was very nice and cool. The ladies that clean the room, watch you everywhere you go, they have ice machines that doesn’t work but have a fridge in the lobby for you to pay for ice, the jetted tub- all the buttons were broke so we didn’t really get to enjoy that, there was a small bit of mold on the wall and a bit more. "

"I paid for a suite with 2 queen beds and a couch for 3 people. I went to check in and my room was given to someone else. The onky thing available was 1 bed, and i had to sleep on the floor."

"The rooms are always so clean and nice!! The staff is nothing but welcoming and so helpful with any questions or concerns we had. not to mention the breakfast is always good with so many options for everyone!! everything else is also clean and organized such as the breakfast bar, normal bar, pool, gym, etc! this is our second time staying here and this will always be our first choice hotel!!"
