“The hotels asks guests to give them advance notice of their arrival. I gave the hotel the precise minute of my arrival, but there was nobody there to check me in. I called to let them know I had arrived. They came 15 minutes later. If it weren’t for the fact that the place to wait is a dirty tunnel, I might have been less upset about it. ”

“여러 네거티브한 리뷰를 예약전에 보았으나 실제로 이용해보니 나쁜 점은 없었음. 방은 넓었고 공용화장실은 깨끗했음.고양이가 매우 사랑스러웠음.”

“I don’t think I will stay there again after stayed 3 nights.. When I talked with the staff when we arrived she said they will provide the water more if we want so I thought they will give us more free water. I asked another staff in the evening and he said if we finish free bottle then just drink water in the fridge and pay for it. He shouted on the phone and even I asked him to come to my room to show the price list he kept yelling at me in front of my mom. We paid almost 1200 euro for 3 nights...

“밀라노 중앙역에서 가까워 주변 관광지 접근이 쉬워요. 조용하고 청결해서 좋아요. 욕실이 약간 비좁고, reception desk가 열리지 않는 경우 건물에 들어가서 호텔 안으로 들어갈 때 조금 헷갈릴 수 있어요. 간단한 아침 너무 좋았고, 여직원분 너무 친절해요^^”

“We only stayed overnight to catch a flight but would stay again. It’s only 5ish min from the central train station so very easy to get to. It’s 2 blocks from the Duomo with lots of shopping and restaurants around. The staff were very communicative and helpful. The room was comfortable. I would recommend this as a good place to stay. ”
