โWe we were in the Out of Africa room, set apart in a complex of 4 suites in a unit apart from the Inn itself. The room was uniquely created to feel like an escape to Africa, and heated by a lovely gas fireplace. The breakfast both mornings, delicious. A perfect getaway!โ
โThe breakfast was one of the best I have ever had. They were fast and lots of choices. It had lots of baked goods. I got the chesdar omeltte and bacon and toast plus fruits in season lime melon etc.
Its a lovely place it takes you back in time. The owner is very easy going and nuce and can answer most questionsโ
โThe property is so lovely and peaceful. I love the classic mid-century modern aesthetic. For visitors to the National Shrine of Divine Mercy, the Innโs location couldnโt be more perfect with only a 5-minute walk to the Shrine. โ
โOnly regret is that we did not stay longer! The inn was lovely, and the surrounding gardens were beautiful. With little ground light, we were surrounded by the universe in a way the city doesnโt allow โ
โHad trouble with the remote control for the tv. It claimed to be on one channel but was often on another and couldn't get it to be consistent. Very frustrating.โ
โThis was a return stay at Eden Rock. The room is modern, well-appointed, clean, with very comfortable beds. Access to an outside area is pleasant. Quiet location, convenient to Great Barrington and Berkshire attractions. While there is no front desk or reception area, instructions for accessing the room are easy to follow.โ
โIt was wonderful there! The moment we arrived we were enthusiastically greeted, offered brownies, help with luggage, shown room, and more. The room was really clean, the bed very comfortable, and furnishings up to date. Breakfast included food choices, inside or out on the patio, and quick service. The people who worked there were friendly and caring. We hope to return next time weโre in the area. โ
โClean, decent sized room. Everything worked just fine. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to go to. A full sized vanity was a nice touch - I'm used to having to put all our stuff on a pedestal sink. Would definitely go back.โ
