โI really like this property because itโs close to Rotorua different activities like Skyline not only that but itโs close to all the shops and aslo the hotel was so amazing ๐ if we come again we will come back to AWA hotel cause itโs really good โ
โWorld best clean motel I have ever been.
When I first used the toilet, it feels like the toliet just has been installed.
outside of the building seemed like slightly old, but everything inside was excessively clean and cozy.
Totally enjoyed staying at this motel.โ
โThe motel was a bit aged. The room was a modest, clean room, with a swimming pool. Both windows were very large so that people outside could see. There was a swimming pool, mineral spa, and a trampoline. The mineral spa use was limited because it was only for one group at a time.
Overall experience was good.โ
โThis property is by far the best we have stayed in traveling the north side for 3 week with a family of 4. Its location is perfect nice and quiet. Itโs not in the smelly part of Rotorua . We have slept in many beds and we have found the beds at under the walnut feel like home. The outside is deceiving doesnโt look like much. But the inside has everything you need as if you were at home. Iโd definitely stay there again. โ
โThe place was much older than the photos made it look. Yes it was a design house at some time in the past, but now it looks old and shows its age. The location is also hard to gwt to due to where it is on a busy road.
It was not particularly close to the lake or park as the description made it sound. Having said that, the house is maintained well but cannot hide its age. โ
