It's a very unique place to stay and you're truly surrounded by nature. At night the frogs and insects are loud and it rained one night we were there and that was very loud! It would have been nice to have a fan in the tent since it was very hot on our first night. Bathrooms, showers, and the kitchen were fairly close but it was a bit of a walk every time you need to go. We couldn't figure out where the main house or place where staff were was so we were mainly alone during our stay. The video they sent us on how to find our tent was helpful and necessary. It would also be helpful to provide a wheelbarrow or cart to help get luggage from the car to the tents. It is a bit of a walk carrying everything. Overall we enjoyed it as an adventure but we're glad it was only 2 nights.

We love everything about this place -- the location, our balcony that gives us front row seats to crazy waves crashing into the lava-rock shoreline, the proximity to good restaurants, the helpful staff, and the spectacular sunsets! We would love to come back soon!

The hotel is 6 stories with great ocean views and lovely sitting areas. Loved walking down to the beach and having a chaise and towels available. The pools were also inviting.
