"Great location - Zubizuri bridge is right around the block, 10 min walk from Guggenheim and Moyúa, 20 min walk from Casco Viejo Check-in time is slightly inconvenient with front desk being out between 1-4pm. Otherwise, check-in was quick an simple and staff was very friendly and helpful. Private parking fee is expensive but is worthwhile given the convenience. Cute studio apartment - kitchenette is not as well-equipped as other apartment hotels we've stayed at, but offers ample bathroom counter space!"

"Great value, centrally located, very nice rooms, and a breakfast to “die for” I liked this hotel very much. It was easy walking distance to major attractions like Guggenheim Museum, Old Town, Metro Stations, and Gran Via. My room was quiet, and well laid out. The included breakfast had a lot of great options but the highlight for me was the “Death By Chocolate” cake…for breakfast! I almost feel guilty that I at a slice each morning. Not only would I want to stay in this Bilbao hotel again, but I will look to see if the hotel chain operates in other cities I plan to visit in the future. Very happy with my choice and highly recommend it to others. "
