โAbsolutely first class in all respects if you are travelling by car. Great parking. Super clean and beautiful rooms. In house restaurant and a pub within a short walk but that is all, since the hotel is located in a residential area. Sets the standard that hotels should aim for.โ
โI didnโt want to leave! They were amazing there. Staff were incredibly nice, and helpful when I had questions. I got to meet a few locals who welcomed me to their table and conversation. Everyone at the hotel made me feel welcome and like family. There is a nice pub that is a part of it. The food was great, and for vegetarians they had tasty options. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. I canโt wait to go back!โ
โLOVED: The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The room was AWESOME! I loved the bed, soft and comfy, cozy! Nice size bathroom and very light and pretty. Huge closet and plenty of shelves. โThe property itself was a lovely upstairs room, generous in size and very close to the rail station with a direct line to Edinburgh. We had a two night stay and found the bed to be very comfortable. A generous soak bath tub is in the main bedroom. Little snacks were a pleasant gift. โAfter a long drive to get there it was lovely to dump the cases and get into the hot tub.
The accommodation was better than expected and we both enjoyed our stay there.

โHad 4 nights in this hotel. Room is a little outdated and showing significantly. Wednesday evening we ate in the restaurant which was ok. They do add 10% service charge onto the bill and tell you they can remove it if you wish!!!! Breakfast was lovely Thursday and friday mornings, however Saturday and Sunday was a little disappointing ๐.
