"My husband and I and my daughter in law stayed at the omni because my son was having surgery at northwestern hospital. Is surgery was at 7:30 am and lasted almost 8 hours check in was not until 4, but they really understood our situation they were able to get into our room at noon. So we can rest. Everyone from the greeders at the door the front desk was tremendously helpful in our situation. A room was clean, check-up process with so easy.I highly recommend staying at this hotel."

"The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. The rooms were nice and our check in/check out experiences went very smoothly. There were a few minor downsides: no microwave in the room, and the mini fridge was so cold it froze our food and drinks solid and our energy drinks exploded. The wifi also stopped working during one of our nights there. However these weren't major issues and didn't ruin our overall stay."

"The hotel is in an excellent location, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The reception desk is shared with another hotel, so the lobby can feel a bit crowded and somewhat disorganized. The two front desk staff members I interacted with were polite and answered all of my questions, but they didn't really go beyond what was asked. I didn't use the parking facilities, so I can't comment on them. I'm not even sure if the hotel has its own parking, but if you're traveling by car, it's probably worth checking in advance. Overall, the location is definitely the hotel's biggest advantage."
