"There is no spa/hot tub even though there’s pictures online saying there’s one. There’s even a sign inside the building saying spa. That was a lie. There signs saying vending machines when there aren’t any on the 3rd floor. Just overall bad experience and I will never stay here again "

"The staff was very helpful, and the room was well maintained. I enjoyed my stay and will use this location again. The only thing that I did not like was that the ICE machine on the FIRST (1) floor was not repaired or replaced. The second (2) floor ICE machine did not work either. PLEASE repair these or replace them so we do not have to go to the third floor for ICE, thanks!"

"Really nice and helpful staff. Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was one of the best complimentary breakfasts out there. Not much close by, but there's a restaurant on the property."

"All bedsheets were stained down to the mattress. Definitely from bedbugs. Very dirty and outdated. Tried to get another room, none available, tried to find another hotel none available or close by due to huge soccer event in the area. Complained to staff & call expedia and didn’t do much with compensation . Never again"

"The hotel looks like an older castle style building from the outside. Inside the lobby was very clean and the person at the registration desk was very pleasant. Our room was quite large and very clean. As a matter of fact we could still smell the cleaning agent that was used to clean the floors. All the furniture in the room also appeared to have been recently cleaned. Breakfast was included and had waffles, cereal, toast, bagels, fruit various juices and coffee. There was a large parking lot with free parking. Overall this was a very nice place to stay."
