“What once was a beautiful property is quickly going down hill. We were met at the entrance with two giant planters filled with dead plants! The pool was also dirty with floating used bandaids, straws,dirt and bugs and more dead plants in the planters! The place could use a real good cleaning . As for the billing department….BEWARE!!! “We enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a double queen bedroom and I was glad there were wall hooks to hang things. However, there was no microwave in the room. We were trying to make sure we actually ate our leftovers. Each time I needed to reheat something I had to go to the lobby area. If you are a guest that plans on washing your swim gear and towels during your stay, there is no guest laundry room! I confirmed this with the desk rep.
