โThe Hotel is great. There are only stairs. The vieuw on the Loch is fantastic. The staff are very nice and helpfull. You can have breakfast and dinner. โ
โBeautiful hotel, nice rooms and environment and easy to walk to the viaduc.
Very good personnel and restaurant.
Only inconvenient point, bathroom door was not closing in our room.โ
โShort stop, just spent the night. Excellent service from the host with extremely late checkin due to traffic and road works.
Even made us a filling breakfast although not originally included. โ
โthe view was astonishing. worth a one night stay. but the manager wasn't very friendly. didn't even inform when is the breakfast time or check out time etc when check-in. we asked for blanket and sheet for the sofa bed, but he unnecessarily said since we are two people staying, they didn't make the sofa bed. and reluctantly said they would send the blanket implying only blanket can be provided. but sheet and the blanket came, but i don't understand why they were reluctant to supply these cause...
โMy children and I recently spent two wonderful nights at Spean Lodge. Paul is the most gracious host - he made us feel at home. Our family room was spacious and very comfortable and we were treated to a delicious breakfast each morning. For supper, thereโs a lovely restaurant by the train station. We also loved the beautiful woodland path to the Commando Memorial. Spean Bridge is a lovely place and a short drive to everything you want to see in the area - donโt hesitate to book. We didnโt want...
โVery, very friendly staff! They had thought of everything, and were so happy to accommodate any requests. Laundry available for free, a list of nearby restauraunts and their menus, shared areas with games. You may run into other guests, or share the breakfast area with them. You can bring your own food and store it in the kitchen space, just be aware that other visitors have access to the shared kitchens. Bedroom was cleanโ
โThe check-in for the glamping pods sounded complicated with many emails and instructions, but the hostel has very friendly staff on site and it's all friendly and easy management once we arrived. The pods have their own outdoor picnic tables, fridge, TV and electricity; you do have to contact them in advance though to book bed sheets and towels. The hostel location is south of the Ben Nevis hiking area and has lots of outdoor travellers, an outdoor kitchen and communal dining tables. It's a...
โGreat property to stop over on route to Skype or Inverness or return to Glasgow / Edinburgh - dining was excellent and the brewery own blend of gin different. The POD options add variety although we donโt stay in one.
Superb views of the hills and Loch. โ
โWe enjoyed our stay, and the rooms are very nice and located in the Inn with a bar below it which is convenient for refreshing drinks after the journey. Would highly recommend staying at the Factors Inn.โ
โGreat stay in Inverness along the river. Great restaurant and the on-site brewery/distillery was really great. Would stay here again in a second.โ
