โShort stop, just spent the night. Excellent service from the host with extremely late checkin due to traffic and road works.
Even made us a filling breakfast although not originally included. โ
โthe view was astonishing. worth a one night stay. but the manager wasn't very friendly. didn't even inform when is the breakfast time or check out time etc when check-in. we asked for blanket and sheet for the sofa bed, but he unnecessarily said since we are two people staying, they didn't make the sofa bed. and reluctantly said they would send the blanket implying only blanket can be provided. but sheet and the blanket came, but i don't understand why they were reluctant to supply these cause...
โThe glamping pods were beautiful and decently sized. The comunal toilet and shower area was kept clean and tidy. Over all it was a lovely experience. Only concern was that my 4 year old had to be restrained at all times either inside the pod, in pushchairs or in reigns as the edge of the land at entry to our pod was a steep slope, ideally this could be fenced off. When we first arrived, as a family, i mentioned to my mum that this place would be a lovely romantic getaway for a weekend however...
โThe room was huge. It is an older room so the floors creak, which I did hear my neighbors walking around. There was a bar and restaurant downstairs which I decided not to eat at. Looked like it wasnโt very busy, so I drove into fort William which was about 15 minutes away and had more options for food. You have to check in at the castle down the road, staff was friendly. Bathroom had some gunk on the sink when I came in. It wiped right up. Overall great place and would stay again. โ
โVery nice rooms and service was phenominal. It was warm westher wise and the heat was in in the comnon rooms and hallways. So it was very warm inside the castle and in our rooms, that was really my biggest complaint.โ

It was a nice touch to havecthe muffins in the fridge.
It wasnt easy to get the key from the safe box. It was very fiddly but overall i enjoyed my stay.โ
โWe thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of our stay at Loch Leven. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. The restaurant/bar staff were likewise excellent. The food was amazing as well. The location and views completed the overall package to make our stay there truly memorable.โ
