โPerfect driving distance from everything I wanted to get to, the hosts went above and beyond when I had an issue, and the kitties were very welcoming. โ
โSince rebranding to Hilton from Holiday Inn you would have never known unless youโre local. The new hotel name brings in renovation and upgrades the whole hotel but took out the pool to replace it with a bar/restaurant. Rooms were clean and pillows were comfortable. The best part is the parking garage so you donโt have to worry about finding parking on the street.($20 fee) โ
โMaybe move some of the treadmill equipment in the gym to face the skyline and not just the pool.
Please make sure to have water in the water cooler in the gym as early as 5am...
Quality of towels could be better...
though hotel is overall lovely....
Please consider food room service...โ
โReally great hotel in an easy location. Free secure parking (security on duty). Reception staff super helpful. I did find it off putting that everything (almost) was in the casino (restaurants, bars etc) with people smoking it wasnโt nice. I did find the rooftop bar which offers fantastic food, service and views. Will definitely stay again. I also won $50 on roulette which always helps. โ
โThis was my second time staying here because of its proximity to the Tacoma Dome. The rooms were clean and pretty spacious. Staff we interacted with were courteous and helpful. I love the complimentary breakfast, and family members made use of the pool, so that was really nice. โ
โThey are very accommodating I needed to extend my stay a few night and they where great about it and gave us same room didnโt have to move rooms that was great looks like they are doing some upgrade to the outside which is great only negative was pool wasnโt working but they did say it was being fixed and available next week thank u again was amazing โ
โI was skeptical reading the other reviews recently, but Iโm really glad we chose to stay here for a night, after going to a White River Amphitheater concert. Check-in around 5pm was so smooth (wasnโt charged the $60 cash deposit even though we had it ready) and we were unexpectedly upgraded from a queen to a king bed in an spacious ADA accessible room because there must have been vacancies. It was quiet and clean. My boyfriend loved the breakfast options: cereal, oatmeal, waffles, fresh fruit...
