โWow! We stayed here out of convenience for a show happening at the Pantages Theater and we will be back. We knew nothing about McMenamins but are very interested in checking out their other properties. This is prime location, we had drinks and food at multiple places before and after the show, all within 1-3 blocks of the hotel. โThe staff was amazing, and really showed care and concern. The breakfast could have had more options, but was satisfactory. The room was clean and spacious. The elevator worked just fine. Everything was perfect except for when you left the facility. The surroundings were awful; nasty, and people openly doing drugs. Public transportation was limited and walking was not an option due to the homeless. Too bad because the hotel is so nice.โ

โI stayed at this hotel overnight after visiting Mountain Rainier with my daughter. The first person to welcome us was a young hotelier at the counter. He explained to us very kindly and always had a smile on his face. That was the most precious thing I experienced at this hotel. I couldn't ask for his name, but he had a nice dreadlocks hairstyle.โ
