“Great place to stay. Maybe the only complaint would be its seculded location, but on the other hand, it can be a plus for some.”

“Rooms were clean. Breakfast was as expected. They have space for a bar but it never opened. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Convenient to town.”

“The motel is having a little problem with plumbing - toilet running constantly, heat/cold in shower. Other than that, perfect location for me.”

“As a guest services coordinator with Marriott I can assure you that Hart House is a treasure to anyone traveling the Empire State Trail. The bicycle themed rooms are super unique with even the finest details not missed to assure an immersive experience. All additional essential amenities are covered, so whatever you left at home is available here. A gem.”

“This property was not what was shown on Expedia. The lobby and room were dirty, the floors hadn’t been properly swept, the walls were peeling and the tub was crusted with dirt and hair. The entire place was grungy. My wife and I left and spent the night at another hotel. Hopefully Expedia will give us our money back”

“Property appears rundown. Carpets are badly stained. Baseboards are missing in some areas. Elevator makes a grinding noise every time it stops before door opens. Our room had a musty odor. Doorway had chipped paint. We had no hand soap in the bathroom. When we asked the desk manager for some, he said it hadn’t come in yet! He did , however, give us a bottle of liquid Dove hand soap which appeared to have been partly used. The buffet breakfast was good and properly tended.”

“The keyless lock at the front was a little touchy and it took multiple tries sometimes. It’s a 2-step code which can be an issue if your finger isn’t exactly on the right spot. Also no elevator with lots of steps to 2nd floor. Everything else was great.”

“침대가 너무 오래되었는지 푹신하게 꺼져서 허리가 아팠어요”
