"Had to cancel my trip due to a family emergency and they were not willing to give me a voucher for another stay and refused to refund my deposit. Won't stay there again and won't book through Expedia ever again!!!"

"It is nice to stay at a non-chain property. The decor is really charming, the staff is excellent. The breakfast is very good for a freebie - especially the fruit. We enjoyed dinner at Basso one night. Bed is very comfortable and the shower was so excellent - I wish my shower at home was like it. Two things I would suggest - replace or cover the glass pane on the bathroom door so the light is not intrusive if someone uses it at night. Add a charging outlet to both sides of the bed (We only saw it on one side - maybe we missed it). Our stay was excellent - the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional."

"Room was supposed to have been serviced every other day, this did not happen, instead they only took out the trash and towels without leaving replacement. We had to go down to the front desk to get the towels, since they did not have staff for housekeeping."

"The hotel made a decision that there would simply be no housekeeping no matter how long your stay. The check in staff was extremely rude. The breakfast was mediocre. The room and facilities were clean and comfortable but it felt like this was probably once a decent hotel that has seen better days. Disappointing."

"Staff were very kind and helpful. Unit was comfortable, property was quiet. One room had some hair in the shower and on the towels, which wasn’t great. Parts of the property were overgrown and had trash scattered around. It seems to be an old property that could use a general upgrade."
