“일주일 동안 잘 쉬고 왔어요! 직원분들도 친절하시고 간단한 액티비티도 재미있었어요~ ”

“접객부분에 대한 인원에 대해 약간 불만”

“Nice facilities and affordable food quality. Best thing is that jetty for snorkeling is very reacheable. However employees' service mind should be improved based on the global standard.”

“전반적으로 아주 만족했으나 저녁에 조금 많이 시끄러워서 청각에 예민하신분들은 신경쓰일수 있습니다.”

“There is a big separation of the ameneties in which one hotel had most of the amenities and the other had a qurarter of em”

“The hotel is very nice room is very nice so close to all activities”

“Had an amazing stay! Great hospitality. We had an early flight in, arrived to the hotel by 9am. Our room was not ready but we were given writbands to start enjoying all the amenities. Same thing upon check out. Our flight was not until 6pm but they allowed us to stay on the resort until we headed to the airport, just had to give up our room at noon. There are showers in the pool/ spa area that we used.”

“Right in the centre of Naama Bay Where all the shopping is. Next door to Buddha Bar. Very large resort. We had Seaview room on 5th floor. Room was large and clean. Downside to room was the shower could be better and need more cupboards as the room was wasted with dead space. And need a tall mirror. Food area was hectic at busy times. Food' was OK. Found it repetitive. Had a massage and Hammann. The place could do with a upgrade. Not very appealing. Still was worth the price. Last there was...

“Amazing breakfast and location”

“전반적으로 쏘쏘!”

“Best place to stay ever in Sharm El-Sheikh! I had to check out very early in the morning, but this guy at the reception (Sameh Ashraf) was super nice and willing to help me and my company. I'd like to revisit this place. Don't hesitate to choose this place and find Sameh at the front, he is the best!”

“Helpful staff at the reception and nice clean room with comfortable bed. However for the price I paid the food was mediocre. The room door frustratingly opened only after several attempts at pushing and swipes of the key card. The beautiful palm tree surround pool had imo dangerously loud music playing for hours at a time, which significantly took away from the experience. Also, inexplicably they had set up a dart board in front of the public shower by the pool...😱 The spa had a price list...

“Rooms are clean and well looked after, hot powerful shower, staff are extremely friendly. Fantastic breakfast, fresh cooked omelettes and pancakes and a large selection of cheese, meat and fruits / yoghurts etc. mansoud ( probs spelt wrong) was an exceptional member of staff- I think he was the head chef, he always looked after us and made us feel welcome. ”

“올인크루시브가 뭔지 모르는거 같다. 올인크루시브로 해서 맥주는 달라고 하는데 사실 돈 내야 한다고 하면서 생색내면서 맥주 찔금준다. 어처구니가 없어서... 눈치보고 올인크루시브 할 바엔 돈 더 주고 다른데 간다. ”
