"I’d describe this hotel as fine. I had a double queen and while the room appeared clean, the room felt a bit musty and my allergies were raging from the AC. My greatest concern was when I received my parking pass to put in the dashboard of my car, instead of writing the checkout date on the pass as noted, the desk agent mistakenly wrote my room number on my parking pass. A huge security concern. After walking out to my car to place the pass and realizing the information that was on it. I went back in and a different person at the front desk apologized and changed the information. For me, inexcusable mistake. There was a lot of door slamming. The cable TV had some issues pixelating. Bed was overly soft and not somewhere I could’ve slept multiple days at a time. Very close to the airport and a fast station for rental cars if needed. Did not feel 100% comfortable staying there alone, but made it work."

"Only thing I liked was the Lobby social room. Place was a mess. After flying 12 hours we checked into a room with what appeared to be urine puddle on the floor & was pretty much confirmed once I placed a white towel over it to help absorb. Room ok but in pretty rough shape for spending $312 for one night. Lady at the front desk was nice and quickly got me & my family into another room once I explained the condition of the room & showed her pictures. Side note, there were quit a few other people staying there that don’t look like they were traveling through. Almost like a halfway house with a domestic altercation in front of my room. Would not recommend staying there."

"What I liked about this hotel was the attached restaurant. Ate there my first night and it was great. Unfortunately, much of the stay was lacking. I spent 2 nights as a single traveler. I found the check in process awkward and not matching what I was actually charged. And, nobody explained you need to use your key for the elevator nor times for breakfast, or location of the fitness room, or use of pool. The fitness room was super small and ceiling was really low, yet equipment worked. Pool looks cold and uninviting almost like it hasn’t been used in years. Breakfast started on time. Many fought attendants use this location because it’s inexpensive and close to the airport. Which means majority of the seating is taken up by them. The breakfast looks like cake batter waffles, cold coffee, and watery eggs. I mean who goes to Boston to eat your hotels breakfast anyways. My suggestion if go someplace else. The room felt dirty and old when I walked in, the couch had stains, floor had stains, towels were ruff, and too many pillows on the bed. Who needs 4 (all smaller than normal) pillows. I chose to sleep not in the sheets. Didn’t trust it. Overall, I’d find a different location next time for sure."
