“I loved the location, close to everything. What I was surprised at was no breakfast, no coffee service in the room, no makeup mirror, a very low bed… making it very difficult for seniors to easily rise up…along with no safety bars in shower and no elevator to reach second and third floor. The last issue was loud music that inherently made the walls rumble until 10:30 pm. As you can see this hotel is NOT senior friendly. “TV did not work, light bulb on night stand did not work, breakfast poor; mostly bread. No yogurt, no eggs of any kind, no fruit, no decaff. Staff invisible.”
