“Staff was super! Location could not be better. Guest rooms were clean, but very small! The common areas were very tired and unclean. The continental breakfast was insufficient...No fruit, lackluster, running out of items before the end of serving hours. If you can't make breakfast better, don't offer it. The whole place is a grand old lady who needs someone to really care about her!”

“The Chapman House was a fantastic stay. Clean and comfortable. However, the stay was very loud. Our room was right near the main door — additionally, there is a lot of construction going on right next door as they’re rebuilding an Inn that burnt down. ”
