“This was my first trip to Nantucket and probably my last. I found the hotel to be nothing special. The garden grounds were not neat and were filled with leaves. “We were booked in a queen suite in the Chapman House on the 3rd floor. Room was over $500 a night and the room was probably no larger than 8x10 sq ft but the bathroom was larger and was OK. From the green floor there are 2 flights of stairs to the 3rd floor for a total of 27 steps. If you’re not in good shape, forget it. Breakfast in the morning was great with a wonderful selection of food. Breakfast is served next door at the Verander. So it’s up and down the stairs for breakfast. No...
