“Staff and cleanliness superb. Disappointed that the tv was not working. There was a problem with all the new smart tv’s it seems, but our plan after a long day and needing an early start in the morning was to chill out watching Strictly! So very disappointing. Mattress was very hard, otherwise everything great. ”
