“Great place to stay, close to major routes just a shame other guests had no respect for others by letting thier doors slam shut jusy before midnight ! Not the hotels fault would definitely stay again !!!!”

“Spent two nights as a couple with a small dog. Totally relaxing break on the banks of the River Trent. Stayed in one of the adjacent cottages (no 14). Excellent. Only niggles were that although the bathroom had been recently refurbished, the extractor fan was not working and there was nowhere to hang a towel. Bathroom had the best shower I have ever used. Talk about a whoosh! We ate both nights in the restaurant. It had a limited menu, but the food was good. Food and drinks reasonably priced....

“Spacious, clean and comfortable log cabin. Kids loved all the activities that were included. Wish we stayed for longer as we only had time to try the swimming pool, playground and table tennis ”

“We choose The Boot Inn to stay overnight as we were meeting family for dinner in nearby Mercia Marina, we were warmly greeted and shown to our room which was as described on website, very comfortable and stylishly designed, breakfast was very much to our liking and the options were plentiful should you need. ”

“Comfortable beds, bathroom was amazing. Food was excellent. If I ever need a hotel I'll be looking into ibis first off ”
