"Great location for the tube. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Nice and quiet as well in the rooms. There is a gym with water filter machine. The only let down was for the lack of snack replenishment (you get a couple of biscuits and a pack of crisps but also only one uht milk pot each for the coffee machine with 4 pods…"

"Everything was really good! Staff was helpful changed me rooms to the one I had booked. Unfortunately I rooms to not come with microwaves and reception does not have one either. "

"Came to check in around 5pm and my room was not ready and was asked to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes until it was, gave them 35 minutes heard nothing and when I returned back to the front desk I was received with hostility and impatience from one particular staff so much so that another staff member had apologized to me on their behalf. I was nothing but respectful and patient and was not received with that same sentiment. But my room was nice and I enjoyed my stay despite it"
