“The hotel was super clean, staff was awesome. Room was very nice. It was very loud outside at night though and I wish there were more amenities.”

“Very clean great staff !”

“Incredible stay!”

“Efficient location, good food, kind staffs. There are four elevators that are inefficiently managed. It takes a while to get to the lobby or gym etc. Sometimes towels are missing after cleaning a room. No hot water at 3AM If took me 30 minutes to check-in because a incompetent lobby staff didn’t know how to check-in one person booking for two rooms.”

Gracias”

“Service on the lobby was terrible. They were too slow. And The staff'Jessica' on the front was very unfriendly and rude. ”

“There are no English-speaking staff at the front desk. The most horrifying experience was that after four or five minutes of showering, the hot water would run out, leaving only cold water. The hotel staff responded that the water would heat up and come out again after ten minutes. This phenomenon repeated itself throughout the night and morning. I had to wash my hair for four minutes, rest for ten, and then shower again within five minutes. There was no air conditioning in the room to heat the...
