“Super friendly day staff. Great view and super quiet ”

“Was a nice stay except for the leaking sewage pipe coming out from our cabin. Each time the toilet flushed, sewage sprayed out onto the ground. We had a small child with us, so docking points for health and safety. I told the property representative, who apologized and said they would fix the problem. Not ideal situation for a quick stay at a Marriott property. ”

“Locks on the doors didn’t work on the first room then the deadbolt would not work on the second room”

“I was very impressed with the room, Very nice hotel, it was all new and clean, the checkin was easy and the team was very polite. Would come again ”

“The rooms were nice, but during my day the hote was under renovations and I work at night and was unable to sleep due to the construction going on during the day.”

“How this hotel got almost almost 8.0 rating is crazy to me. The room we stayed in looked like someone had kicked in the bathroom door - the wood around the frame was splintered and held on with screws. There was no secondary lock on the main door. These are minor repairs that cost very little money that would improve the room dramatically, yet they chose not to do them. I would never stay there again or recommend them.”

“Comfortable beds. Bathrooms clean. Front desk staff is not welcoming however. It usually doesn’t matter to me, but both check in and check out was just rude. A basic “thank you” would have gone a long way to help offset it. But it felt like us staying there was a hassle to them. Otherwise, great location, and if you need a cheap no frills place by the lake, this isn’t a bad option.”

“This is a unique property hidden in an area of North West Houston. Clearly an event venue that is also a BnB. I did not eat at the restaurant and just had an overnight stay but the staff was lovely and the room was clean. The only hiccup was upon returning to the venue at 11:30pm all gates were closed and I had to call the website number to have security open the gate for me. I had been told two gates would be open but none were. I was glad the staff answered because it is not a traditional...

“went with my family of three, and it was such a nice escape from city life. There was plenty to do, and we really enjoyed ourselves. I only wish the weather had stayed nice the whole time, but we were still able to enjoy the water park on the first day of spring break. For the rest of the trip, we relaxed in our room and ordered food. It was 50 degrees one day so we explored Houston Galleria and the food was fantastic. ”
