“The room wasnt clean yet when we tried to check in at 3pm and said we would get a call when it was ready. Three hours later we got a call saying we could check in. Upon checking in, I requested more towels to be delivered and was told as soon as they get our of the dryer ill gethem. Three more hours and three more phone calls to the office, we received our towels. Just seems like they might need to hire more help.”

“We've stayed at Grass Valley Courtyard Suites several times, especially when we're in town for shows at the Center for the Arts. It's become our go-to place to stay whenever we're in Grass Valley. The rooms are always clean, spacious, and comfortable, the staff is friendly, and the peaceful courtyard makes it a relaxing place to unwind. The location is excellent, with easy access to downtown and local restaurants. We always enjoy our stays here and look forward to coming back.”

“The floor was so dirty that I walked from the bed to the TV and back sat down. I looked at the bottom of my foot and it was black with grime. The shower faucet was blocked about 80%. The shower drain was almost completely blocked. The shelf in the bathroom and the wood around the sink looks like repurpose fence boards that have been cut and then painted sloppily white fan in the bathroom did not work. Though the ad says free Wi-Fi the service is spotty at best.”
