“Room was wonderful ! Little amenities and upstairs coffee terrace was really nice to have . Ron & Julie are very kind :)”

“The room wasnt clean yet when we tried to check in at 3pm and said we would get a call when it was ready. Three hours later we got a call saying we could check in. Upon checking in, I requested more towels to be delivered and was told as soon as they get our of the dryer ill gethem. Three more hours and three more phone calls to the office, we received our towels. Just seems like they might need to hire more help.”

“We've stayed at Grass Valley Courtyard Suites several times, especially when we're in town for shows at the Center for the Arts. It's become our go-to place to stay whenever we're in Grass Valley. The rooms are always clean, spacious, and comfortable, the staff is friendly, and the peaceful courtyard makes it a relaxing place to unwind. The location is excellent, with easy access to downtown and local restaurants. We always enjoy our stays here and look forward to coming back.”

“I was given a room upstairs in the block with multiple rooms and it looked nothing like the photos. Not maintained, dirty, musty, rusty, moldy and just a dump. Didn't pay much for but would not in any way ever recommend to anybody ever.”
