“Room was extremely dirty. Looked clean when I first walked in but found that it was not the case. Mold on ac unit with a lighter jammed in vents, mold on tall lamp shade. Fridge had food in it. 2 of 4 pillows had stains. Chair in corner was stained. Floor had stains all over. Shower was covered in dried soap and scum.”

“Had to leave key in a receptacle in order to have power in the room. Very limited tv stations. Couldn’t find a water fountain.”

“Claimed not to have my reservation, despite showing them the email confirmation I had received three days prior. Would not give me a room. Probably a blessing in disguise. While I was dealing with front desk attendant, one guest came in and canceled her stay because her room was dirty when she arrived, and another guest indicated that he had no toilet paper or towels in the room he had just checked into. Total dump.”
