We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff were extremely hospitable and helped us celebrate a special occasion in a very unique way. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone

The rooms are a bit small but it’s quiet and room was cleaned daily and the bottles of water were a big plus. The conditioner will not come out of the little rectangular bottles. Airlines limit the quantity of fluid you can travel with so it’s important that the shampoo and conditioner are functional.

As we visited New York this place is exactly what we wanted. Super friendly staff, super clean, nice rooms! Definitely recommend. Only thing I will say is room service was a tad expensive for my liking. But it’s New York everything is a tad expensive. Overall great stay definitely would stay again!

Staff are extremely friendly and are helpful. Every staff member says hello and ask if there is anything we need help with. Coming in they took our bags for us at thestreet and on the way out they asked if we wanted them toget us a taxi or call for one. Hotel is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Room wasexcellent. Elevatorsare fast We loved the rainfall shower. There is even an Alexa inthe room for questions. Overall I would stay here everytime.

Overall great property however we were provided with the room that someone has smoked in and room had terrible smoke smell. The room was changed promptly when raised but it was very inconvenient to change the room in the middle of the night.

I had an amazing stay at this Hard Rock hotel located in midtown NY. My room was perfect, clean and had everything I needed during my stay. I also had the pleasure of having breakfast on the second floors and the service through my stay was impeccable. I will definitely recommend and will return for my next trip to NY.

For a Times Square NYC hotel, this was very nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful. The restaurant prices were a bit higher than other similar restaurants in walking distance.

Hotel very central, just off Times Square. It’s clean and we felt safe. Even though it’s so central, it’s also quiet. The rooms were cleaned every day, however we had to keep asking for the coffee to be refreshed which comes complimentary with the room. We had room service delivered a few times, always good and quick. They add a lot service charges on top mandatory and then still wanting an additional tip on top. We were celebrating a 40th Birthday during our trip, but no acknowledgement from the hotel for this which we found unusual. We have stayed in many hotels over the years and birthdays have always been recognised by every hotel we have stayed in. They charge a daily rate on top of the hotel price and then they also put an additional hold of 700 dollars security. They give you 20 dollars a day to spend for this, however it needs to be spent daily and under that amount. This is difficult to manage and therefore wasn’t spent which is a shame, they should have just let you spent the budget how you wish over the course of the week. In summary, we had a great stay. I probably wouldn’t stay again due to there being so much choice in the city and there was nothing overly special about the hotel or the service.
