This hotel is dirty and not in a condition that it should be accepting guests - its an old, sad building. The heat is not controllable and had to sleep with the windows open to regulate temps, and there was no hot water and the room was in very poor shape - would highly recommend NOT staying here

Highly recommend this hotel! The front desk is extremely friendly, welcoming and accommodating! I felt at home and didn’t want to leave. The room was clean and had a classic look. It’s very close to Times Square and many food places/tour busses.

I was very upset by the sheet, it was disgusting. There was someone's hair on the sheets. When they asked to change the bed, the “clean” one also had hair, even a whole clump of hair. I had to sleep in my clothes, it’s a pity that we left a bad impression on the children, they were upset.

It’s an older hotel, but the rooms are clean and have been updated, I would stay there again. It’s close to Times Square and other attractions.

La relación precio/servicio es la mejor. Es un buen hotel para hospedarse en Manhattan, se duerme excelente porque no se escucha ruido, a pesar de estar a media cuadra de Times Square. Mi próximo viaje me hospedaré nuevamente ahí.

The location was perfect to the theatre district and to Times Square. Really nice staff at the front desk. Very clean room. I wish that they had a small restaurant or some options for food.

If you want a hotel in or near Time Square but don't want to remortgage your house, this is the place for you. We were a bit worried before checking in that it would be a bit of a s-hole due to the good price and location but it far exceeded expectations. Room was recently renovated and very clean with plenty of space. Staff were helpful and friendly - special mention to Joey who greeted everyone entering and leaving with a joke or funny remark. Will definitely stay here again if visiting New York.

The common spaces, like halls and elevators, were tired and worn, but care had been taken to update and freshen the rooms. Our room was simple, but clean and met our needs. The bathroom desperately needs a shelf or somewhere to put your toiletries though! Overall, we were happy with our stay and the hotel was a good deal for the price.

The hotel is located centrally in Manhattan. Just a block from Times Square. Minutes walk to central park. Restaurants abound. The service staff was courteous, well-informed, and approachable

Staff was great. Very friendly. Room was basic. Very basic. However it filled a need for one night. Elevators are very, very small. No usual amenities such as ice maker or fridge. It was fine for one night.

Extremely clean, very convenient to Broadway and Times Square. Room had no amenities like coffee maker, refrigerator or charging spots for cell phones, etc. hardly any regular plugs!

Nice smalll clean hotel. Basic but has what you need. Very quiet considering location. Just missing a few small things like ice buckets and a clock in the room. But great value for the $$. Location is great, very clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Wonderful deli next door which is open 24hrs.
