Great housekeeping and mediocre rest
I was surprised by how much the hotel lacked elegance. Lobby is like a dungeon. Room felt like one too with blocked window, no sunlight literally. Front desk people are not very welcoming and are generally not attentive (they just sit there and relay requests to other departments with surprisingly little attention to detail.) The housekeeping and facility maintenance seems to be the only remaining 5 star aspect about the hotel. The room was quiet spacious.

위치, 시설, 조식 모든 것이 만족 스러웠습니다. 특히 압도적인 위치가 여행의 효율을 크게 높여줬습니다. 다만 저는 연말에 묵었는데 야간에 노래소리가 커서 외부소음이 살짝 있었네요.

전반적으로 방도 크고 조용해서 좋았음. 다만, 전망있는방이 아니고 창문들이 다 작아서 뷰는 별로였음. 5성급호텔인데 방안에 커피머신이나 차를 마실수 있는 것도 전혀 준비되어있지 않고 냉장고도 비어있음.

다음에도 숙박의향있음
일단 위치는 타임스퀘어 근방이라 교통이 좋았습니다. 근처 홀푸드가 있어 간단히 물이랑 스낵이랑 구입하기도 좋았구요. 타호텔에 비해 넓은편이라 선택했는데 편안하고 편리하게 5일동안 만족스러웠습니다. 매일 챙겨주는 사라토가 물도 맛있고 ㅎ 욕실어메너티는 더구나 딥디크 또 pcr테스트 결과도 프린트 해주시고 정말 만족스러운 서비스였어요 강추합니다

L'hôtel est parfaitement situé dans Times Square. La chambre était spacieuse et très bien insonorisée de l'extérieur avec des stores occultants pour avoir une bonne obscurité. La salle de bain est très grande et fonctionnelle. Tout était très propre, avec tous les jours deux bouteilles d'eau offerte et mises dans la chambre. Le personnel est très sympathique. Nous avons du changer de chambre car il y avait un problème qui nous gênait et cela s'est fait très simplement à l'accueil. Merci à l'employée et qui a pris ma demande et a solutionné le problème. Le soir nous dormions dans une autre chambre qui était parfaite. En résumé, un excellent séjour (8 nuits) et nous sommes prêts à y revenir.

The staff was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and sweet! While checking in, I explained it was my husband's birthday, and we were here to celebrate. They gave us coaster for two free drinks at the roof-top hotel. When we returned to our room, after having a few drinks and delicious apps at St. Cloud. There was a piece of cake, with a happy birthday embellishment, plates, forks, and nakins. How SWEET is that! We had a great dinner at Charlie Palmer's restaurant with two complimentary glasses of champagne for my husband's birthday. Everything was great. We had an amazing time!

Celebrated my 21st birthday in New York and the Knickerbocker definitely made our stay better! The location is exceptional, 2 minutes from the Heart of Times Square and incredibly easy access to the subway! Staff were very helpful, service was fast. Will definitely recommend in the future!
