Niagara Falls - Western New York, New York hotel rooms at the Red Roof Inn

"This is our fifth time staying at Niagara Crossing as our daughter goes to Niagara University. It is the perfect location in a great little town Lewiston with the restaurants and shopping and bakeries. A five minute drive to campus. They have a wonderful breakfast in the morning too. "

"Room was clean, but this is an older hotel that could use some remodeling. Aside from older decor, our shower curtain rod was loose and there wasn’t a drain in the tub. My son was locked out of the room and stranded on the balcony. He had his keycard, but it did not work. The biggest issue was the fight that broke out at 1 am on our hall among guests. It sounded like 10+ people in the hallway. Lots of shouting and vulgar language. There were security guards downstairs, but they did not seem to be doing anything about the fight on the second floor. One person called the front desk and was told the police had been called. No one apologized for the disturbance. I would not stay here again."

"Left and canceled because if you're on the the ninth floor in a non-smoking room there is a vent that the upper and lower floor shares and when they smoke your non-smoking room turns into a smelling cigarette fest. So I left early due to my wife having asthma we just couldn't take the smell. Other than that the casinos are small and the area of the hotels and main entrance looks a bit like a modern elk Lodge no microwave in the room as well and eating places close by 10:00 pm "

"The decor and overall vibe were incredible. But the building overall needs some TLC. Our jaccuzi had faulty piping with water leaking and panneling falling off. Everything else was wonferful!"
