โVery quiet rooms except for the noisy air conditioning unit. Why do most hotels have units that wake the dead? Couldnโt hear anything next door or in the hall.
Very clean, towels were nice and soft. Breakfast was standard Hampton Inn fare, which I am never a fan of. Price was high, but on par with other like hotels in the area. Bed was a bit soft, but okay.
I will use them again when I need a clean, decent place to stay!โ
โAside from the hair in the towel, lack of hot water in the sink the room, and the mysterious purple stain in the shower, the room was exceptional! The carpet was immaculate. The bed was comfortable and warm. Would and will stay here againโ
โWe stayed as we were attending the Borderland music festival, the Roycroft was a perfect peaceful retreat to get some R&R after the festivities. โ
โIt was a very comfortable stay. Nice and quiet. The room was very clean. The area is nice and felt safe. We could not hear people in the other rooms until they were leaving.โ
โI arrived at 6 p.m. and was told to wait as the room was not ready. The staff had no manners. When I asked why, they told me there was a problem with the drying of the bedsheets. I waited for half an hour, but they kept saying sorry without expression. When I went up to the room, the bedsheets were wrinkled and unpleasant, and the bathtub was clogged and the water did not flush. This is the worst hotel you should not visit.โ
โI stayed for 2 days. They told me that if i stay the same room for two night, it was the hotel's policy, to not clean room, to not change bed sheets, only to change towels and trash. However, when I returned to the room the next day, the towels had not been changed and the trash bin had not been emptied. I went to get the towels and I changed the trash can too.โ
