“We traveled from Texas to visit Niagara Falls, and this apartment was an excellent choice. It was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The price was outstanding, especially compared to nearby hotels, making it a great value. We had a small issue when we first arrived, but it turned out to be a misunderstanding on my part. The property manager contacted me right away and handled everything professionally and courteously, which I really appreciated. The...

“The photos appear to be a slightly out-dated as some of the renovations have typical wear and tear that is not reflected in the photos. The kitchen is not as well stocked as suggested. There was minimal supply with no variety on the coffee bar which meant no hot chocolate for the kids. There is no supply of extra blankets or pillows, the air conditioning does not appear to cool the upstairs the way it does on the first floor, so bedroom doors need to remain open with the ceiling fans on for any...

“Very cute, very clean, unique property. Owners were close and super friendly. We locked ourselves out (2nd door) and they were there in like 3 minutes. The property is a 2 minute walk from anywhere you’d want to go in the very small town. We loved the covered porch and huge bed! If I could say anything negative about the property and it’s tough. It would be that I’m 6’ 255 pounds and the bathroom is a little small for me. However they have multiple units in the completely renovated 115 year old...

“There was a small hiccup with entering the property but Brian came out and let us in without any fuss and promised to fix it. And it was some in a jiffy. I say this to indicate responsiveness of the owner. We didn't have any interaction with Brian again but he left a friendly presence throughout our stay. The place was cozy, cute, and peaceful for the romantic getaway we wanted. Really had a peaceful time.”

“The property was very neat and clean and had everything we needed. It was perfect for bringing our dog along. I think the problem, for us was that after a day of being out and about and coming back, the sofa wasn't very comfortable for evening relaxation before bed. And if you're bringing another couple, there really isn't room for more than two adults on the sofa. There is, however, plenty of room on a really nice deck with tables and chairs and a grill for people to sit and visit.”

“The view was amazing. The property was a cool 70's retro vibe. It was big enough for all 8 of us. Beds could have been more comfortable. The king bed was great but the rest were futon couches and singles with trundles. Not the best for grown adults. Went up on grape festival weekend. Lots to do for sure. ”
