A bit run down and since it was off season and mostly empty. At check the receptionist told me that breakfast was complimentary but when i went to the restaurant they said I would have to pay. So this kind of misrepresentation didn’t bode well with me.

Position is convenient for train and restaurants. Onsen area was fabulous alternating temperature between the 2 pools each day. All the personal care items you need. Microwave on each floor is handy. There was at least 1 english speaking staff on front counter at all times. Dinner a little expensive but food was nice.

Amazing property. Very relaxing, peaceful place to stay. Staff were very helpful and accomodating and the facilities were wonderful. Outdoor onsen was great, food was excellent. Don’t skip the half board of you are only staying a short time. Great meals, beautifully presented. Would definitely stay here again, loved our time.
