"Room was great, grounds were nice, loved having a place to stay with my dog. Very pet friendly. Only issue I have was when I went to check out I was charged over $250 worth of mini bar items that I NEVER touched. All those items they put on my bill were still in the mini bar. I drank 2 bottles of water but that was it.
I also had the do not disturb sign on my door the whole 3 days I stayed there. Someone came in my room even though I had the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door. I did notice they replaced the 2 water bottles. So that is all they should have charged me for...nope, the invoice had over 14 charges plus service fees for each charge and then restocking fees for each charge on top of that. What kind of scam is this??!! Are they allowed to come in with a do not disturb sign on the door? One day I saw that it was on the ground. Anyhow, they did take off all the charges but I am disturbed that they were in my room when I didn't want them to and trying to hustle me."
