"Breakfast was a nightmare. No coffee, out of hot food. Also no towels to replace used ones after two days. No room cleaning entire 3 night stay. Hotel seemed very understaffed. Would not stay again."

"Upon arrival, staff was not the friendliest nor accommodating. Asked for extra towels, it never arrived. Elevator was in maintenance multiple times and needed to use staff elevator. Website stated $15 for parking, we were overcharged $20 since they also charge the day of the checkout. Breakfast was good and room was clean."
