"The stay overall was good however my spouse got locked out during the night when he went to smoke. His keycard would not work and none answered the call from home for 15 mins. We were also told we couldn’t park in the platinum member parking due to no handicap spots being available. They had equipment blocking the handicap spots and two other close spots were blocked with orange cones."
