“The property is very visually appealing and clean. Even though JOIA itself was somewhat small “small” having access to the other two adjoining properties made up for that. Of the three, JOIA to us had the nicest beach as even though small it had way less of the plagued seaweed that is sweeping across the Caribbean. Staff were courteous and helpful. “I was really looking forward to stay in this hotel since the pictures looked so nice. Place looks exactly the same as how it looks on picture. As soon as i entered the hotel, workers greeted me with welcome drink. Whole resort is just so nice. I strongly recommend getting spa massage here.”

“The suites were spotless with modern decor and fixtures. The staff was exceptionally professional and polite from front desk agents, waitresses, pool and beach attendants, housekeepers, and bellmen. Definitely would recommend to someone visiting Jamaica for the first time.”

“I’ll still give it a 5 but the only thing that wasn’t great was the resort credits. They’re basically fake and do nothing. Even when it looks like it might be good, there’s limitations to the point that it’s pointless. Just getting you to spend more money. But overall, an amazing stay”
