“Good place, great food, they don’t tell you that certain liquor that’s top shelf you have to pay for which is misleading for an all inclusive. There were a few times that I did see roaches. Other than that it was a blast. Rooms were cleaned every day and towels replaced, staff was extremely friendly and willing to get anything you want. ”

“This was my third time staying at the Cardiff Hotel. It is very clean and comfortable. The atmosphere is peaceful and pleasant. The staff are always willing to help. “Hotel manager would not allow me to chrck out, claiming i havent paid. Despite showing them the receipt and confirmation email the manager was still insisting we havent paid and even threatened the front desk receptionist saying if she allowed me to leave he'd take the money from her salary. Was not until i threatened legal action was i allowed to leave”
