“Great staff”

“I stayed at Grand Palladium for 3 days, the service and the staffs were excellent. I had the most beautiful and spotless room at the bungalow and the view is 10/10. The staffs are very helpful and attentive. What stood was the view from the room. We stayed there as group of friends and our rooms were very close to each other. Thank you so much. That was my second there and I will definite comes back. The food made me feel like I am home. I recommend this resort 100 percent and I will be back...

The food was decent, but it would be nice to have a little more variety or different options each day. Some of the servers could also use a bit of basic training — for example, my coffee had some grounds in it and came without milk, the toast arrived but no butter or jam, and the juice glass was barely half full.
