"Excellent hotel close to the local train station, which connects easily to the high speed rail station southeast of the city, we were able to take the train from Taipei and walk from the station here. The main streetfronts of this area do no justice to what is behind the doors: this is a nice bar/reception area with free snacks for guests. There was little to no English spoken by most staff, but there were some written instructions which were clear and standard check in/out procedures, they kept our bags before/after checking in. The rooms were elegent and modern with updated technology, beds, and a nice shower, very large rooms and high end upgrades. Within walking distance of most of the main sites of town or a fast car ride to anything in town. Highly recommended."
