"Everything was excellent except the lady that took care of the breakfast buffet. We, along with another guest told her that the coffee Creamer was bad. It curdled in the cup. Her response was " those aren't bad, we just opened that box". Needless to say we had to get coffee elsewhere! Her customer service skills are a bit lacking and don't correspond with any other staff member we encountered!"
