"Just passing through. Suzanne (front desk clerk) was very efficient at check in, making a good suggestion, and (when noticing that there were no "welcome cookies" she made up a fresh batch and even delivered a few to our room! People like Suzanne make wonderful first impressions to start the stay off right. Breakfast was good, fresh, and of good variety. We would stay here again."

"Upon entering both rooms that were booked we turned around and demanded a refund. Room was dirty, there was a hole where the peep hole was supposed to be, dirty bed and bedding. Pillows and mattresses were stained and completely flat. Not to mention the yellow hand print on the bathroom wall. Another guest advised us to leave before we even got to the rooms. I still have yet to get my refund. This place should be closed down. "
