“The staff was really nice”

“Upon arrival there was a strong stench in the hallways! Hot tub was out of service. Once in room, lighting didn’t work on one half of the room so was very dark. There was no remote for the tv and when I informed the desk, they came up with 4 remotes, none of them worked. Then on night two of our stay; they came to “fix” it which was them looking at it, saying they’d be back and never returned. When I asked to be compensated for our terrible stay, I was told no. What a disappointment.”

“I love everything”

“Bathtub and toilet were not cleaned for a week in our week’s stay, even after informing. Only trash was taken out.the towels provided were too old. Breakfast counter had no plates or bowls.”
