“This hotel needs a massive renovation! It's old and run down, probably was new about 35-40 years ago. You can move the shower head arm around in the wall, and the tubs are cracked. It took 20 minutes to get luke warm water. On the upside, the staff was wonderful and the free breakfast was great! The bar needs to open new bottles of wine every 5 days or so. ”

“I stayed 4 nights in this hotel and it wasn’t anything like my experience in Nov when I also stayed there and had a great time. First of all my bedsheet had a blood stain and looked worn, I requested to have it changed but no response till I left. Then my toilet clogged and even though I reported it three times to the front desk, it took them almost 14 hours to come and fix it . I complained and requested to have my room changed but was told the hotel was full and I would be on a waitlist and...

“The first night A/C did not work, room temp was 76 in that room - I was moved to another room where the bathroom ceiling leak over night. It was fixed while I was out. Customer rep in front desks were nice and worked things out. Maintenance tech was effective and responsible. The hotel is aging - that’s undertandable. However they can do better is making sure rooms are ready for stay. The breakfast is the best part. The cooks doing omelets are gracious, friendly, and eggs are well cooked. the...

“Room was lovely and very clean. The staff were incredibly welcoming and personable. The housekeeping staff, front desk, bar staff, all of them were wonderful. Very pleased with this stay. ”
