Got a card for free drink at Elaine’s coffee shop. Ordered a small chi tea latte and they said it wasn’t covered? Only their basic tea and coffee…. Despite marketing move.

This is a perfectly nice and cute hotel in a good location near the stadium. Apparently it is one of three locations across the city, and they all share CENTRALIZED guest services staff.
