"Overall stay was good; convenient location and helpful staff. One niggle was when I enquired about pre-booking parking I received a message to say none was available. Fortunately, the reception advised a couple of carparks were available. Suggest advising guests to pre-book parking if required when making their reservation."

"Have been staying here for over 10 years. Hotel is not quite to the standard as previous years. We had dirt in the hallway outside our room that we had to step over to enter the apartment. There is paint peeling on walls. Kitchens are looking worn. Location is fantastic and free parking is a bonus! Maintenance man seemed a little put out (who would know you have to fill the spa bath to almost full to avoid the spa jets spraying water high onto the walls??). Indoor pool and spa are terrific, especially in winter. Mixed review this time....."
