"Very clean, nice room with kitchenette. I don’t think my experience was typical, since the weather was unusually cold for memorial day weekend. The cottages are cute, but obviously very small, there’s no real place to sit inside except a couple of barstools against a very skinny Hi top table and the barstools don’t have back to them. So the only option for sitting in a regular chair is outdoors on the patio area, which is very nice, but again it never got above 55° and windy on my trip so it wasn’t really an option. There is an HVAC unit in the cottage, but it does not reach the bathroom so the bathroom was cold on my trip even though I had the heat on the entire time. The hot water takes a very long time to get up to temperature. The sink in the bathroom is small with not much surface area for toiletries and the sink mirror was positioned at my chest height. Full length mirror on bathroom door. I didn’t notice any extra blankets anywhere, which may have been helpful on a colder weekend. Also, since the property is designed to be rented during the summer tour season, the cottages aren’t super well insulated which not only means cooler inside, but you can hear everything outside quite easily. Every time a car pulls in or leaves, people walking by the restaurant on property-You can hear people entering and exiting as if they are all right outside your door, which put my dog on high alert. If you are possibly renting in cooler off-season just be advised."
