"Overall it was a very good experience. The room and the property was clean and well maintained. The restaurant, bar staff and valet were exceptional. The front desk staff were generally good but the coffee/snack staff definitely need improvement (i.e., stop talking on your phone for a moment and provide service. A guest shouldn't feel like they're an inconvenience.)"

"The hotel room was clean. The parking area and the area by the elevators wasn’t very clean. Lots of litter and trash around the shrubs and palm trees. The property overall has gone down. It looks very different in person from the photos online. Your room door is outside like a motel. We didn’t expect this. The location is great close to restaurants and beaches. The breakfast was wonderful. The lady Elizabet that does the breakfast is very friendly and hardworking. She goes above and beyond to welcome guests and to make their stay more comfortable. I’d stay there again because of the clean room, location, breakfast, and her welcoming personality."

"Honestly , this was the best hotel experience I have ever had!! The staff was friendly, the breakfast was great and we were able to have our dogs there. The only person who was rude was a lady named Shan. She had major attitude and they also didn’t clean the room the three days we were there and never refilled the towels but overall 8/10. I would stay there again if I were to visit Destin."

"Amazing location, incredibly nice staff and cleanliness throughout entire bldg couldn’t have been better. We were there for a Jaguars preseason football game and this hotel is within walking distance to the stadium. It was a night game but we were not concerned about returning to the hotel at night because the route was so well lit and completely safe. Easy access to several highways and local businesses and restaurants. Highly recommend and look forward to our next stay."
